CLEVIS OS

Website privacy.

This notice explains how Bradley Zellman, the operator of Clevis OS, handles information on clevisos.com. Effective October 23, 2026.

What this notice covers.

This notice covers the Clevis marketing website, its early-access form, editorial resources and browser-based service-report template. It does not cover a released Clevis workspace or wearable service.

Information we collect.

If you join the early-access list, we collect your email address, optional work description, consent version and submission time. When available, we also record your landing-page path, referring website hostname and a short campaign source. We omit query strings and fragments from landing-page and referrer records.

If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share. Please do not send sensitive customer records, access codes or confidential job details through the early-access form.

If you separately allow marketing tracking, Meta Pixel sends a PageView event when you visit a page. Meta may receive the page address, browser and device information, IP address and identifiers used by its Pixel. We do not add early-access form fields to these events.

How we use information.

We use signup information to contact you about Clevis early access and product research, manage the interest list, record your consent and understand which pages lead people to register. Joining does not create a product account, guarantee access or commit you to a purchase.

We use contact messages to respond to you. We also use technical information as needed to operate the site, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse and comply with applicable obligations. The signup form currently sends no automatic marketing emails.

If you allow Meta Pixel, we use PageView events to measure visits to our marketing pages and advertising. Your marketing tracking choice is separate from consent to join the early-access list.

Hosting and service providers.

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores early-access registrations in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare may process connection and request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Authorized people operating Clevis can access registrations.

Google provides email service for the contact address. GitHub stores the website content and authenticates authorized editors; ordinary visitors do not need a GitHub account. If you allow marketing tracking, Meta receives PageView events through Meta Pixel. We have not connected a CRM, a payment processor or a bulk mailing platform.

We do not sell signup information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information with service providers that support these operations, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect people, security or legal rights. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Information in your browser.

The service-report template keeps what you enter in the current page. It does not upload job details or save them to our servers. Refreshing or closing the page discards an unsaved report. Downloads and printed copies are handled by your device.

Marketing tracking is off unless you choose Allow Meta Pixel. Dismissing the prompt also leaves tracking off. If allowed, the Pixel may set or read cookies or similar identifiers. Use Marketing tracking choices in the site footer to decline or change your choice at any time; declining stops new PageView events from this site. Temporary source attribution is limited to the current page session. Editor sign-in uses separate authentication storage. Linked vendor websites have their own privacy practices.

Optional Google Analytics.

If you separately choose Allow Google Analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits to public marketing pages. Google receives public page-view information, a browser identifier stored in analytics cookies, and technical information such as browser, device and network information needed to receive requests. We do not include early-access form contents, service-report contents, application record identifiers, URL query strings, fragments or referring URLs in our Google Analytics page-view events. We do not enable Google Analytics on application, console, funnel or authentication routes.

Google Analytics stays off unless you allow it. Your Google Analytics choice is separate from Meta Pixel and early-access signup. Use Marketing tracking choices in the site footer to allow or decline each provider separately. Choosing one provider leaves an unanswered choice for the other off. Dismissing the panel leaves unanswered choices off and preserves choices you already made. We remember your Google Analytics preference for up to 180 days in this browser; if browser storage is unavailable, the choice applies only to the current page session.

When allowed, Google Analytics uses first-party analytics cookies configured to expire after 180 days without automatic renewal. Declining Google Analytics stops new collection by this integration and removes its analytics cookies. Events collected before you declined may still be delivered to Google; declining does not delete information Google has already received. Google advertising storage, advertising user data and personalization remain disabled in this integration. We do not use this Google Analytics integration for remarketing or enhanced conversions. These Google Analytics settings do not change your separate Meta Pixel choice.

Retention and security.

We keep early-access information while it is needed to manage your interest, conduct product research and maintain consent records. We review it for deletion when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to remove your registration at any time. We may retain limited information when necessary to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.

Access to stored registrations requires authorized service credentials. We use HTTPS for the website and limit information collected by the form. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Deleted information may remain temporarily in provider backups according to the provider’s retention practices.

Your choices and requests.

To ask about, correct or delete your information, or withdraw permission for early-access contact, email hello@clevisos.com or call 512-593-8205. Use the email address you registered with when possible so we can verify and find your request. If a future message offers an unsubscribe option, you may also use it.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional privacy rights. We will consider requests under applicable law. You may contact the relevant privacy regulator if you have an unresolved concern.

Children.

This website is intended for adults and professional work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.

Changes and contact.

We may update this notice as the website or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. For material changes to how we use signup information, we will provide notice appropriate to the change.
